Simple enough to pull out of the box and go or you can learn the workout features and push yourself to new limits. Multiple data screens provide instant feedback if you want. The map feature is helpful if you are running in a new area and need to get back to your original location.

If you haven’t used a HRM before give it a try. You will unlock new dimensions in your workouts. It is great to see progress over time where your AVG HR will drop 5 BPMs for the same workout.

A running buddy has the 405 version which is a little smaller, but I prefer this watch because the screen is easier to ready.
I may suggest the 310XT for multisport athletes, since it is waterproof.

The fastwrap wrist strap is worth the money as well.

I just received my kindle not too long ago and I can’t believe I’ve gone this long without one!! I’ve always loved to read and I feel like the portability and convenience of it are allowing me to read and enjoy more literature than if I didn’t have the kindle. I’ve even found myself getting into novels that I normally wouldn’t pick out and falling in love with them, I would say the kindle is definitely broadening my horizons. I can take it anywhere, it can hold well over 1,000 books all in a device about the size and weight of a paperback and easy to use. I especially like the dictionary application, where you can cursor any word in the book your reading and the kindle gives you the full definition. It’s great!!

This cable (Hdmi 2m (6 Feet) Super High Resolution Cable) was recommended with the Blu-Ray player I purchased, so I bought it. What I did not know was that it was NOT necessary because I had no intentions of connecting it my computer. What with restocking fees and cost to return, it isn’t worth it to send it back, so I’m stuck with something I didn’t need. You really should not recommend items to go with something else unless you give the buyer more information, especially people like me who are DVD/Computer illiterate.(I tried did not rate this because I’m not using it, but it would not let me continue without a rating.)

I ordered 2 of these, one for myself and one for my husband. For some reason my husband wasn’t getting as many steps in as I was so one day I wore both of them and his did read about 500 steps less than mine did at the end of the day.

One of the reasons I bought this was because of the extra clip that hooks to your pants. Good thing I did because it has come off several times but the extra clip has kept it from completely coming off.

If you want something accurate this one isn’t it but it will give you a good idea of how many steps your walking a day.

I tried leaving no stars for this book, because this book doesn’t deserve one, but it wouldn’t let me, so I was forced to leave one.
This book certainly is a sign of our times. It shocks me that parents would even think that this book would be an accurate account of what God would preach. All I can say is that any Christian knows better than to believe this garbage. By the looks of the ratings of this book, there isn’t too many Christians reading it and unfortunately, many, many young people are reading it believing it as truth. Very sad!

This is a very good step tracker. I bought it for a fitness walking program at work. It tracks your steps very well without being over sensitive. It takes a bit to set it up but once the setup is complete, it is very easy to use. Seven day memory is a plus.
