I bought this book because I had heard it was a classic, and my children were required to read it in high school.

This is a well-written book about a self-centered boy who considered most other people (especially adults) to be idiots. His sister was the only person he respected. He was a loser, having been ejected from several private schools. It could be assumed that he represented the disenchanted generation of the sixties and seventies, but I did not find them this negative. Perhaps authors are required to exaggerate in order to make their points.

This is a must have for a portable GPS. The whole thing can be taken off the dash and stashed out of sight when leaving your car, deterring theft. It works amazingly well. I bought it because of its reviews here on Amazon and I have not been disappointed.

Takes a little bit to get used to the “ribbon” toolbars. Helpful in writing papers. Lots of good features for all. Note: If you are going to send documents to others, most don’t have this version or higher, so remember to click the “save as” button and the more common older edition years button for Word 97-2003, so that they don’t have compatability problems.

In short, not only are these cheaper than most brands (50 for around 10.50 isn’t exactly the going rate)but they don’t leak, they don’t seem to cause rashes, and they’re made in America. We’re still on the fence about making a permanent switch from Huggies, which you can buy in-store, but these don’t lack in quality at all.

I recieved the Garmin for Christmas. It is very user friendly which is good as the directions are few. It does a few dumb logic things like sending you out the east end of a parking lot to enter back on the west end of a strip mall.

Also, it does not operate while charging in the car. Granted it is suppose to run for 6 hours on a charge but I tend to leave mine in the car and use the cell phone adaptor to charge (by the way, it is nice that it uses the same set up as our cell phones and black berry). I think the friction mount is hokey. I returned it for a credit.

The operational end is pretty good. Especially looking for certain services/stores etc. when you are in a different part of town.

I like it.

Before I was diagnosed with M.S. in 1977 I was an all around athlete. I pitched a mean fast ball in softball, was a rover in basketball (girl’s); played tennis at least once a week and bowled for fun. Well, now I can do the sports I loved thanks to my wii. I am now healthier and happier. Can’t wait to buy more games.

The other cool thing? I can watch instant play Netflix movies on my T.V. Woo Hoo!
