Great watch to ramp up to from the usual fitness watch/heart monitor. Great to have all dimensions of training, distance, pace, laps, heart rate, time, etc easily accessible all on one watch. Have raced against the watch once and it is a motivator. Have not used much of the download features yet. Great just for daily workouts and accurate when you are working out on a road to help with pace.

This novel does a wonderful job of capturing the relationships between white and black women in the Jim Crow era South. We see the combination of hardship, discrimination, affection and hypocricy that characterized life and race relations in that time and location. Perhaps best of all,the three main characters come to life through remarkably strong and original voices that gain the readers’ empathy. This is one fo the best novels I’ve read in months.
Avon ANEW REJUVENATE Night

This smells horrible. I so wanted to love this product but I’m sorry, Avon NATURALS Mini Body Lotion Vanilla smells disgusting. Whether or not it is a good mositurizer, I don’t know, as I only applied it once and that was it. It smelled like an old folks home. Really bad. I had to take a shower to get the scent off because it really lingers. I like other Philosophy products but not this one and I won’t be ordering anything else from the Grace line since they share the same scent.
