Just purchased one of these Baby Trend Phantoms to use as a second car seat in our other car.Got it at Target for $100. I chose this model because it was narrow enough to allow the front seats in my car to slide all the way back, I’m 6′3, and the colors matched the interior of the car perfectly. We use the seat in compact sedan, 2007 Mercedes C230. As far the seat being too heavy, I have to disagree. Its definatly lighter than our other Graco carseat, and either way I don’t think either one weighs over 5 pounds. If you have any kind of upper body strength this shouldn’t be an issue. I carried my son(21 lbs)around the mall today for an hour and half, and I’m no muscle head by any means. I would definatley reccomend this car seat to anyone, especially if the overall width is a concern, and if you have a small car it will be. I was impressed with the base tie down straps too. They look like industrial grade ratchet tie downs, and there is one for each side, allowing you to tighten each side individually; my Graco unit only has one strap with cheap hooks on both ends. As far as the childs’ safety harness goes, I don’t have any problems getting my son in or out, but this does require half a brain to do efficiantly.(Just Kidding) My Graco seat has the same setup so I was already used to that, in fact all the infant seats I looked at use the same style buckle. And if your kid is screaming and crying every time you put them in a car seat then you’re probably doing something wrong anyway. I’ll shoot and post a video of baby installation and removal when I get a chance. Hope this review helps Thanks.
Baby Trend Phantom Infant
This product works great in my Ford Taurus. Holds the GPS in place and then the whole thing easily lifts off to put out of sight. It IS a bit bulky for storage in someplace like seat pockets but probably has to be that bulky to work properly. Bottom line–I’m glad I bought it.

Before I purchased the IPOD Touch I promised myself I would never spend the money for this product because I believed it to be overrated. Of course, the only people who make those statements are those who have never had an opportunity to experience this device first hand. I LOVE IT! I am glad that I waited for the Touch and did not buy any of the previous models because I truly think they were essentially overpriced MP3 players that other manufacturers were selling. The Touch takes all the qualities of an MP3 player and a pc and combines them for the best experience musically and otherwise. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for quality in a music device with LOTS of perks!

I picked up a copy of Twilight ’cause all my friends were reading it and they said it was good. I found it to be extremely strange. I mean, what kind of boyfriend watches you sleep at night? If he’s supposed to be manly, he shouldn’t sparkle in the sun. The main character, Bella, is oddly flawless. Overall, the plot was just odd, and the author obviously has no idea how to write.
Some people may like Twilight, and that’s fine. But I suggest you pick up a copy at the library before you spend money on it.

Once again, gilding the lily, but this book should get 5 stars overall. So that is why I am rating it. I could not put this book down. The honest, no-nonsense style of writing is compelling and addicting. When I finished it, like my youth, I was melancholy that it was over.

I like artemis, but the Bartemaeus Trilogies are better.

I found this book in a dusty little corner of my local used bookstore (yes, they do still exist) and was intrigued by the title and premise. A few months later I have now read the entire trilogy and must say it really speaks directly to the soul, bypassing all the mental gatekeeping we humans come up with to deny ourselves direct contact with the source of our being. I’m not one of those folks who think that all religions are only in the business of building their own power by feeding gullible minds with fear and judgment — there are certainly very enlightened folks with open hearts and minds within organized religion. Yet, I’ve always been skeptical of the ones who try to tell you that their views are absolute and threaten you if you choose a different vehicle to find love and meaning in life. It’s just too obvious that anyone who tries to tell you that God is vengeful or would exclude some of us is just insecure in themselves. As Michael Franti says: “God is too big for just one nation, and God is too big for just one religion.” Yell Fire!
What tells me that Neale Donald Walsch has really tapped into the essence of God is that the books read as refreshingly and truthfully in 2009 as they must have when they first came out in the mid-90s. This phenomenon in itself is discussed in the book — the fact that God really is timeless and nameless. Too often we’re stuck in the dualistic mechanisms of our mind that tells us to divide everything — yesterday versus tomorrow, us versus them, believers vs non-believers. In that very same mindset we also like to look at “God” as a particular thing or person, something we can imagine or portray with our thoughts. And too often, religious texts create the same kind of hierarchy of spirit that we assign to our social structures on earth. For example, looking at God as “The Father” is a very common image conjured by a patriarchic mindset, as if there’s some sort of a guy sitting somewhere up there wagging his imaginary finger at

Excelent product, it has everything you need to work at home or school, at a very reasonable price. I realy recomend it
Baby Loopies Pretty Bitty
This vacuum does a good job with the ’sucking’ ability. I selected it because of the Consumer Reports rating being so high and it was the lowest priced one on the rating. However, it does not maneuver well, it is EXTREMELY LOUD and I cannot turn off the beaters when I go over my tile and laminate floors.. Anywho, if you do not go from carpet to tile, it would be better..
Hudson Baby Rainforest 2
This scale is easy to use and seems very accurate. There is no need to turn it on, you just step on and it lights up and gives you a weight. The display is backlit with large numbers and easy to read. My previous scale was a wobbly Weight Watchers digital scale. The feet broke and it was no longer accurate. This scale appears to be much better quality and it’s sturdier and easier to read. The price is fair. I recommend it!
