<p>The feature using the USB to connect to a computer does not work properly.  It does not connect most of the time.  Multiple different errors are seen upon plugging it in.</p>
<p>I have researched this online and most that have tried it have the same problem.  They report that Kindle/Amazon deny any problem with the unit and Microsoft denys problems with the OS (XP, Vista and 7).  So we have the same old blame game.</p>
<p>It is the Kindle and I want them to upgrade the software so it works as advertised, not just one in ten times it is plugged in.</p>
<p>I have three desktops, three laptops and multiple USB devices.
