The first puncture I had while riding with one of these tubes seemed to be too big for the slime to fill in the hole. I gave it a chance to settle by rotating the wheel so the hole was at the bottom and gave it many minutes, but that still didn’t help. I couldn’t tell what had caused the puncture because the object didn’t stay in the tire, but the hole looks like the kind I get from good sized nails. I was going to change the tube out, but when I started to take the tire off, I noted that the slime stuff was just everywhere inside the tire and dripping out on the wheel. Ugh, what a mess. I was within a mile from home so I just walked my bike home. I won’t be using one of these tubes again. I never would’ve walked my bike home if I had been using a regular tube. Even if slime tubes can fill in some punctures, the hassle created when it can’t seal the hole negates the usefulness for me. Since the punctures I get that interrupt my ride are about the size of the first one I got with this tube, I don’t see the point in using these at all.

I aso have an earlier version of this hand blender and have always loved its usability and effectiveness. Very impressed with this later model – love the extras – whisk and chopper attachments are really excellent – a true multi-tasking “Wizzk kid”.
Easy to use, easily stowable, space saving. Great buy!

As this was advertised as an international version, I was looking forward to using it to help with my Japanese study, and also for my wife to study English. The built-in dictionary was definitely a decision maker for us.
I was extremely disappointed after my Kindle 2 arrived yesterday, and I discovered IT DOESN’T DISPLAY INTERNATIONAL CHARACTERS.
What is the point of selling an “international” reading device to Japan when it won’t display Japanese?
Amazon doesn’t mention this very important fact on their website, so I’m sure there are many people from Japan, China, Korea, Russia, etc who are as disappointed as myself.
The next frustrating feature is the book sorting. Everything is grouped together, even if I add the to the Kindle using different sub-directories. At the moment I have about 20 of my books on the Kindle, and it looks cluttered already. I’m scared to think how difficult it will be to navigate with 1000+ books on it.
The screen refresh and menus are extremely slow. But the trade-off is an impressive battery life, so it’s acceptable.
The built-in dictionary is not so accurate, but does have it’s uses. As yet I haven’t found a way to switch from the full page dictionary back to the book I was reading quickly, but again, that is a small problem compared to the others. Also, there is no option to change which dictionary is used.
Right now I’m really regretting purchasing a Kindle. After buying the Kindle 2, the cheapest case I could find, and the import fees, it cost about $330 US. That’s a lot of money just to be able to read books in English. Hell, I could have done that for free on my iPhone. At least then I could read documents in any language.
I think most of these problems could be fixed with a software update, or even making a PC-based application that converts common document file-types into the file-type that the Kindle uses. I understand then it would be possible to embed foreign character sets directly into documents. But of co

We have numerous brushes for the cats and this one is the most effective. The amount of hair it removes is shocking; you’d think the cat would be bald. Whether or not it works for you depends on your cat. One of my cats looooooves the Furminator. I wish the other cat would cooperate but he doesn’t like being brushed no matter what the brush is. Unless you have a small or short-haired cat, this the size to get else you’d be furminating all day.

I am so irritated right now. I’ll bet this is a wonderful product but mine was defective out of the box. The hand motor wouldn’t properly attach to the attachments rendering it utterly useless. I am so, so disappointed. I don’t know if I need to purchase a new hand motor or if I need new attachments. Very disappointed. Cuisinart is a good name in kitchen aids and I have a few other products made by them but this is the first time I bought a product EVER by any company that didn’t work at all out of the box. What a waste of money!
