I love this thing- now. I was a little dumbfounded that there were no instructions included in the box as to how to load music, pictures, etc. Once your 14 year old Granddaughter shows you, it’s a snap, but there should be something included with the device that shows you how to begin. I did not like the earphones; I bought different ones. One thing else I don’t like is that the volume will not go lower than it does. If you want to go to sleep listening to something restful, it’s too loud. I love the picture viewer, the way you can zoom in, but I wish it had a feature for you to save the picture after you zoom…there’s always something….

At the beginning I wa skeptical and didn’t like it. I thought it would move faster for downloads. You have to be in the right area for that. After getting familiar with it, reading it, working out with it, and the selection of books to choose from, I am completely pleased with it. It is so convenient. If you finish one book while away from home, it’s nice to be able to start a new one right away. I would recommend this, and have to all my friends, to anybody.
